Free professional solution customization: According to the customer's working conditions (such as gas production scale, usage scenarios, site conditions, supporting equipment), provide customized specification design and installation layout plan, with detailed technical parameters and quotations.
2. Full-dimensional qualification and case display: actively provide ASME/CE/ISO and other international certifications, equipment testing reports, plant production videos, share cross-border cooperation cases in the same industry (energy/petrochemical/logistics/industrial gas), and support customer inspection Factory (online video factory inspection/offline on-site factory inspection).
3. One-on-one technical consultation: equipped with multilingual technical consultants (mainly Chinese and English, Russian, Spanish), 7 × 16 hours online to answer questions about equipment selection, production capacity matching, site requirements, etc.

Visual follow-up of the whole production process: During the equipment production process, regularly send photos/videos of production progress to customers (key nodes: raw materials entering the factory, core component processing, overall assembly, non-destructive testing), and support customers to spot check production at any time.
2. Strict factory inspection: Complete a full set of international standard inspections (such as stress testing, air tightness testing, non-destructive testing, etc.) before the equipment leaves the factory, issue an official factory inspection report, and arrange delivery after passing the inspection to avoid cross-border transportation of unqualified equipment.
3. Delivery and packaging guarantee: For heavy and precision equipment such as LNG storage tanks/air separation units, customized anti-shock/anti-corrosion packaging (such as steel structure frame, anti-rust film wrapping) is adopted to fix equipment to prevent transportation shaking. Purchase full freight insurance to avoid the risk of damage during transportation.
4. Clarify the acceptance nodes: clarify the equipment acceptance standards, support factory acceptance, destination port arrival acceptance, final acceptance after on-site installation and commissioning, each acceptance node issues an acceptance form, and the customer will enter the next link after confirmation.
1. International standard warranty commitment: 12-24 months warranty for the main body of the equipment (storage tank/air separation host/core components of the recovery system), a separate warranty period for vulnerable parts, free repair/replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period.
2. Fast multi-channel response: establish a 7 × 24-hour after-sales service system, support online work order/WeChat/email/platform message/international long-distance multi-channel repair, promise to respond for the first time within 4 hours, and give a clear solution within 24 hours, Routine technical problems are solved remotely, and on-site services are arranged for major failures according to the agreed time limit.
3. Lifetime technical support: After the warranty period expires, free technical consultation and equipment operation guidance will still be provided, customer exclusive files will be established, and equipment operation status will be followed up.
