1.Sudden rise of boil-off rate:

Cause: vacuum loss.

Solution: stop operation and return factory for vacuum re-pumping.

2.Continuous venting from safety valve:

Cause: high ambient temperature or internal pressure rise. ]

Solution: avoid direct sunlight, release pressure and check filling volume.

3.Light frost on valve connection:

Cause: minor sealing leakage.

Solution: shut down valve, depressurize and replace gasket.

4.Abnormal liquid level reading:

Cause: liquid level gauge failure.

Solution: inspect gauge pipeline, calibrate or replace gauge.

5.Frost on outer tank shell:

Cause: vacuum interlayer failure.

Solution: stop operation immediately and contact factory for maintenance assessment.
