1.Operators must receive professional training. Wear cryo-gloves & goggles to avoid frostbite.
2.Never overfill 499L cryogenic dewar flask. Filling volume shall not exceed rated capacity.
3.Keep well ventilated, far from fire & heat source. Do not vent large amount cryogenic gas in closed room.
4.Regular inspection for safety valve, burst disc and pressure gauge, periodic calibration per pressure vessel regulation.
5.Avoid tank impact & drop. Secure firmly during transport, prevent violent vibration.
6.Stop operation and contact manufacturer if abnormal frosting or continuous fast pressure rise.
Packing & Shipping
Packing: Whole tank wrapped by PE protective film; valve manifold fitted with dust cap. Frame reinforced with steel belt & solid wood block, corner protector for edge. FCL nude packing or fumigated wooden case optional for export.
