210L Cryogenic Storage Dewar, vertical vacuum-insulated cryogenic liquid cylinder adopting MLI multi-layer insulation technology, for static storage & self-pressurized supply of cryogenic liquid at -196℃ (LN2, LO2, LAr, LCO2). Double 304 stainless steel pressure vessel, independent vacuum jacket blocks heat conduction, convection and radiation to minimize boil-off loss. Integrated self-pressurization coil, pressure safety assembly and float liquid level monitor, to provide stable cryogenic medium supply for laboratories, cryo material testing, precision manufacturing and research institutes. Designed per pressure vessel codes, full NDT inspection, CE/ISO/TPED/DOT available, third-party performance test acceptable.

Cryogenic liquid cylinders have an inner container and an outer container with an insulated vacuum space between them. Any abuse(dents, dropping.tip-over, etc.)can affect the integrity of the containers insulation system.DPL series containers will allow you to use a hand truck or hoist to handle these loads properly.Do not attempt to move these cylinders by any other means. While moving the cylinder, the following precautions should be observed

1.Never lay the cylinder on its side. Always ship, operate and store the unit in a vertical or upright position.

2.When loading or unloading the container from a truck,use a hand truck, lift gate, crane or parallel loading dock.Never attempt to manually lift the unit.
3.To move the container over rough surfaces, or to lift the container, attach an appropri-ated sling to the lifting points cut into the welded support posts, and use a portable lifting device that will handle the weight of the container and its contente

Selection logic: medium property → operating pressure → heat load → refilling cycle → transport regulation.

1. Medium: filling density varies for different cryogenic liquids, filling factor must comply with pressure vessel code; LO2 service requires oil-free degreasing treatment.

2.Pressure grade: 1.4MPa for indoor static storage, low gas flow; 2.3MPa for continuous discharge & higher outlet pressure.

3.Heat load evaluation: ambient temperature, ventilation & sunlight affect boil-off rate. Enhanced insulation for high-temperature environment.

4. Transport requirement: DOT certified version required for cross-region mobile application, comply with IMDG.

5.Monitoring upgrade: 4-20mA digital level & pressure transmitter optional for DCS integration in remote project.

Packaging standard:

1.Each Dovite tank is separately loaded with a fumigation-free wooden box or a custom-made steel frame pallet, and the tank body is filled with shock-absorbing foam/rubber pads to prevent displacement and collision during transportation.

2.Protective caps are installed on all valve joints of the tank to prevent damage and foreign objects from entering during transportation.

3.The accompanying document bag (including material book, inspection report, operation manual) is fixed in the designated position in the box.

Transportation Requirements:

1.When transporting, it should be placed upright, and the tank body should be fixed in the compartment or container with straps, and it should not be inverted or tilted.

2.When the empty tank is transported, the valve is slightly opened or a relief-type protective cap is used to prevent abnormal internal pressure caused by temperature changes.

3.When filling liquid nitrogen for transportation, ensure that the liquid level does not exceed 90% of the nominal filling amount, leaving gas phase space.

4.Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, and the compartment temperature is recommended to be controlled within the range of-20 °C to + 50 °C.
