Products Description
Ambient Air Vaporizer (AAV) uses natural convection of ambient air as heat source. No electricity, steam or fuel required. It vaporizes cryogenic liquids including LOX, LIN, LAr, LNG, LCO₂ and LPG into gas phase. Main body adopts high-strength aluminum alloy finned tubes with argon arc welding. It is the core heat exchange equipment for cryogenic gas supply system. It can work with cryogenic storage tanks & vaporization regulator skids for stable continuous gas supply. Zero energy consumption & flame-free design ensure safety & environmental protection. Units can work in parallel to expand capacity for heavy-duty industrial projects.

Packaging & Transportation
1. Basic protection: The surface of the equipment is wound with a waterproof plastic film, and the fin area is protected by a guard strip to prevent transportation from bumping and scratching the fin
2. Reinforcement plan: small equipment adopts exported solid wood fumigation wooden boxes; The large-scale gasifier is fixed with steel frame, reinforced with I-beam bracket, and the hoisting lug is preset, which is convenient for port loading and unloading
3. Mark the item number, type, net and gross weight and destination port. The shipping mark can be customized according to the requirements of the customer
4. Transportation: FCL/LCL; Land transportation and sea transportation are acceptable, and shipments from ports such as Tianjin, Qingdao, and Shanghai are supported. Large-scale equipment can be disassembled for modular transportation and on-site assembly.
