Liquid CO2 Vaporizer is cryogenic heat exchange equipment, ambient air type or water bath type, to vaporize cryogenic liquid CO2 into stable gaseous CO2. Adopted star-shaped aluminum alloy finned tubes with no moving parts. Ambient air type consumes zero extra energy; water bath / electric heating version works under extreme cold environment. Manufactured per GB, ASME standards. Widely matched with LCO2 storage tank, CO2 cylinder filling station and continuous industrial gas supply system. Stable outlet pressure, anti-icing design to guarantee continuous & safe operation of gas station.

Selection Guide
1. Confirm the peak gas consumption: determine the maximum gaseous CO2 demand per hour of Nm ³/h, and reserve a 20% margin;
2. Confirm the local minimum temperature: water bath/electric heating auxiliary type is recommended in cold areas (<-10 °C); Air temperature type is preferred under normal temperature conditions, saving energy;
3. Import and export working pressure: confirm the outlet pressure of the storage tank and the working pressure required by the back-end pipeline network;
4. Media purity: food-grade working conditions, food-grade polished heat exchange tubes can be upgraded;
5. Installation space: The size of a single unit is limited, and multiple parallel skid-mounted solutions can be adopted;
6. Supporting system: Is it necessary to support pressure regulating valve, safety valve, gas-liquid separator and PLC automatic control system
