200kg/h LPG Electric Heating Vaporizer is a high-efficiency forced gasification equipment with electricity as the heat source and water as the heat exchange medium. The core gasification capacity is stable at 200kg/hour, and it can be continuously operated for 24 hours., to meet the high-efficiency gasification requirements of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The equipment adopts explosion-proof electronic control and anti-corrosion body design, equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, which automatically adjusts the water temperature and gasification efficiency, and completely solves the industry pain points of "insufficient firepower, cylinder frosting and icing, and residual liquid cannot be exhausted" in natural gasification. The gasification efficiency is as high as 99.8%, saving energy and reducing consumption is more worry-free. It is widely used in industrial production, commercial catering, centralized gas supply and other scenarios. It is the preferred equipment to replace natural gasification and improve gas efficiency. • Intelligent PID constant temperature control: Ensure that the gas output pressure and flow are extremely stable, and avoid downtime or inefficiency of the rear-end burner due to pressure fluctuations.
• Physical anti-liquid phase protection (magnetic ball valve): Even under accidental power failure or overloaded operation, the outlet can be physically sealed, absolutely preventing liquid LPG from entering the downstream pipeline, and ensuring the safety of gas equipment.
• High-efficiency spiral heat exchange tube design: the heat exchange area is 30% larger than that of ordinary straight tubes, the heating is more uniform, the gasification is more sufficient, and the energy consumption is reduced.
• Anti-dry burning and automatic protection system: When the water level is too low or the temperature is too high, it will automatically cut off the power supply and alarm, realizing 24/7 automatic unattended.
