Products Description
This 20ft ISO bitumen tank container is manufactured in accordance with ISO container specification and pressure vessel standard, specially designed for storage & transport of high-temperature viscous bitumen and heavy oil. The tank body adopts Q345R pressure vessel steel plate with thick high-temperature resistant insulation layer. Steam heating or thermal oil heating system optional to keep bitumen fluid and prevent solidification & blockage. Equipped with ISO standard corner castings, supporting sea, rail and road intermodal transport. Large diameter bottom discharge port ensures fast unloading and low residual medium. Full set of UN, CSC, TIR export certificates available. Widely used for bitumen international trade, road construction and bitumen tank leasing business. Customizable volume, heating system, insulation thickness and anti-corrosion coating to meet cross-border bitumen storage & transportation requirements.
