We integrate the LPG skid station, piping system, valve instrumentation, and safety system all in one strong steel skid mount. You do not need to perform complex pipe welding and installation commissioning on site. After arriving at the site, plug in the power and gas sources, and it can be put into use immediately, saving you at least 80% of the installation time and the cost of hiring local technicians.
Equipped with micro-clearance explosion-proof liquid level gauge, overcurrent protection valve, emergency cut-off valve and automatic spray cooling system. Real-time monitoring of the 5m3 LPG skid station conditions, once the hose rupture or abnormal flow, the valve will automatically close. In extreme high temperature environments, the sprinkler system automatically starts to ensure that the storage tank is always at a safe temperature, effectively protecting your property and personnel safety.
The 5m³ Skid Mounted Lpg Storage Tank body adopts Q345R special steel plate for pressure vessels, and after welding, the whole heat treatment is carried out to relieve the stress. The exterior adopts sandblasting to remove rust to Sa2.5 grade, and three layers of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating are sprayed. Regardless of the seaside high salt fog environment or the desert high wind and sand environment, our coating can guarantee no rust for more than 5 years, the design life of the tank body is as high as 20 years, and the return on investment is extremely high.
The layout is compact, all valves and instruments are designed at easy-to-reach heights and positions, and are equipped with operating platforms and guardrails.
