Microbulk cryogenic tank is a compact centralized gas supply system. Double-layer vacuum powder insulation structure maintains low evaporation loss. Piping, safety valves, liquid level gauge and pressure regulator are pre-assembled before delivery. Only simple connection is required after arrival. Compared with cylinder bundles, it reduces labor cost of cylinder replacement and gas waste, with smaller footprint. Indoor & outdoor installation available, ideal for medium & small gas consumption sites, preferred cryogenic storage tank for gas distributors and manufacturers.

Selection Guide about microbulk tank

1.Confirm medium: LOX, LIN, LAr, LCO2. Medium determines material of inner vessel and sealing parts.

2.Calculate daily gas consumption and convert to liquid volume. Normally select tank capacity for 7~15 days consumption.

3.Confirm working pressure to match downstream equipment.

4.Installation site: indoor or outdoor, floor loading and space, rain cover or base frame requirement.

5.Optional accessories: vaporizer, pressure booster, remote liquid level monitoring, alarm system.

6.Standard: GB or ASME, select certification according to destination country.

Common Troubleshooting about liquid oxygen microbulk

1.Abnormal liquid level reading: check liquid level valve; inspect remote signal cable.

2.microbulk Tank pressure keeps rising: check gas consumption; inspect stuck safety valve; check ambient temperature.

3.Cannot build pressure: booster valve closed; vaporizer frosting blockage; check liquid level.

4.Insufficient gas outlet: downstream pipe blockage; regulator pressure setting too low.

5.Leakage alarm: shut down & depressurize, inspect flange & valve sealing, replace aging gasket.

Note: Cryogenic equipment maintenance must be operated by certified personnel after depressurization.
