LPG electric heating water bath carburetor is an industrial gas gasification equipment that uses electric energy as heat source and indirectly heats liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from liquid to gaseous state through water bath. Our vaporizer adopts a coil heat exchange structure design. Liquid LPG flows in a stainless steel coil immersed in a constant temperature water bath, and conducts efficient heat exchange with hot water through the tube wall to achieve a continuous and stable gasification process.

Working Principle
Water Bath Indirect Heating Principle:
Heating Phase: Electric heating elements heat water in the bath to the set temperature (typically 60-75°C), automatically maintained by the thermostat
Vaporization Phase: Liquid LPG enters the stainless steel spiral coil submerged in hot water, exchanging heat through the tube wall
Phase Change Process: Liquid LPG gradually vaporizes as it absorbs heat, fully converting to gaseous state at the coil outlet
Gas-Liquid Separation: Vaporized gas passes through a gas-liquid separator to ensure zero liquid carryover before exiting through the gas outlet
Stabilized Output: Outlet gas pressure is stable and can be directly supplied to downstream equipment or pressure regulation systems
Technical Feature: Indirect heating avoids direct contact between heating elements and LPG for enhanced safety. The uniform water bath temperature ensures stable vaporization without local overheating or incomplete gasification.
