The YD Series LPG Electric Water Bath Vaporizer is a forced vaporization equipment that converts liquid LPG into dry, stable gaseous LPG.
Liquid petroleum gas flows through stainless steel coils immersed in constant-temperature water tank. Electric heating maintains stable water temperature at 60±2.5℃ to achieve efficient heat exchange and complete gasification.
It effectively solves freezing, incomplete vaporization, unstable outlet pressure problems of natural vaporization, supporting 24-hour continuous industrial operation.

Working Principle
1.Liquid LPG enters the stainless steel heat exchange coil through the inlet pipeline
2.Coil is immersed in constant-temperature hot water (heat medium: water)
3.Electric heating system maintains water temperature steadily, liquid LPG absorbs heat and vaporizes fully
4.Dry gaseous LPG outputs from outlet for downstream combustion equipment
5.Multi-layer protection: overtemperature cut-off + overpressure safety relief, guarantee safe continuous running
