Liquid oxygen semi trailer consists of inner vessel, outer shell, vacuum insulation interlayer, cryogenic valve piping, safety relief system, semi-trailer chassis, brake system, static grounding and hazard warning components. Inner tank material S30408 stainless steel, outer shell Q345R pressure steel plate. The interlayer uses multi-layer winding insulation material and high vacuum pumping to minimize cold loss and control BOG boil-off rate. Complete safety assembly includes safety valve, bursting disc, emergency shut-off valve, pressure & liquid level monitoring system. Famous brand axles, dual-circuit brake + ABS anti-lock system to guarantee safe transport for cryogenic hazardous goods. This model can also carry LN2, LAr besides LOX.

Things that must be paid attention to during the use of cryogenic semi trailer tank:

① Strictly Prohibit Overpressure Operation: Adhere strictly to the rated working pressure and ensure safety valves are calibrated at regular intervals.

② Prevent Oil/Grease Contamination: Liquid oxygen reacts violently upon contact with oil or grease; therefore, all pipelines, valves, and tools must be kept completely free of such substances.

③ Pre-cooling Procedures: Pipelines and pumps must be pre-cooled according to established protocols prior to unloading to prevent thermal shock.

④ Vacuum Level Monitoring: Regularly check the vacuum level of the tank; if the vacuum degrades, it must be restored or repaired promptly.

⑤ Liquid Level Monitoring: Maintain the liquid level within a safe range (typically 2%–95%) during transport; avoid filling the tank to capacity, as this can cause the safety valve to open frequently.

⑥ Driver Qualifications: Personnel must hold the necessary certifications for transporting hazardous materials and be thoroughly familiar with the physical and chemical properties of liquid oxygen, as well as emergency response procedures.

Packaging: Clean, sandblast and anti-rust painting before delivery. Spray protective wax on whole trailer against sea salt spray. Wrap valves and gauges by waterproof film.
