Operation Notes:
1.Operators must hold valid certificate and receive cryogenic hazardous material safety training.
2.Overfilling forbidden; filling volume ≤95% tank capacity.
3.Monitor tank pressure continuously during transport, no overpressure operation.
4.Loading/unloading zone must be well ventilated and away from fire & heat source.
5.Wear anti-freezing PPE to prevent cryogenic frostbite.
6.Periodic calibration for safety valve, pressure gauge and level gauge; regular statutory inspection required.
7.Do not operate trailer when vacuum of tank jacket decays beyond limit.
8.Avoid closed low-lying area; CO₂ is heavier than air and may cause suffocation.
Packing & Shipment
Valves and instruments protected with dust & anti-rust cover before delivery. Full anti-corrosion paint and hazard marking. RO-RO vessel or 40HQ container available for sea shipment, multi-point lashing with steel cable and cushion block, fragile instruments packed with shockproof material. Vacuum re-test before loading. Electronic & hard copies of certificates and test reports delivered. Lifting only via tank lifting lugs, do not lift tank barrel directly. Confirm customs documents and import rules of destination country before shipment. Avoid heavy impact to tank and valve cabinet during transit.
[Precautions during transportation]
Transport vehicles: Special vehicles or special low-flatbed transport vehicles with dangerous goods transport qualifications must be used.
Fixing requirements: Welded limit blocks or high-strength binding belts are used for double fixing between the tank car chassis and the transport car platform to prevent displacement on the way.
Dangerous goods label: UN 2187 (liquid carbon dioxide, refrigerated liquid) dangerous goods label and diamond mark are hung at the rear of the car.
Avoid exposure to the sun and high temperature: In case of high temperature weather during transportation, the pressure in the tank may naturally increase. Pay attention to observe the pressure gauge, and relieve a small amount of pressure through the gas phase valve if necessary.
Inspection at the destination: Before unloading, check whether the tank body has collision deformation, whether the blind plate of the pipeline interface is intact, and whether the pressure gauge reading is within the normal range.
