Products Description
DPL-175 175L cryogenic gas dewar is a double-wall vacuum insulated pressure vessel for storage & transportation of LOX, LIN, LAr and LCO₂. Adopting austenitic stainless steel inner tank and multi-layer high vacuum insulation, it features ultra-low static evaporation rate. It integrates storage, vaporization and gas supply, replacing traditional high-pressure cylinder bundles for on-site industrial gas supply. Every vessel passes hydrostatic test, air tightness test and vacuum inspection one by one, manufactured in compliance with pressure vessel codes.

Packaging & Shipping
Packing: Clean & dried before shipment, valve protective caps installed. Dewar vessel fixed on solid wooden base with steel frame reinforcement. Valve manifold protected by wooden box to avoid impact damage during lifting. Waterproof plastic film wrapped outside.
Transport: Must be shipped upright, horizontal transport forbidden. Only empty dewar for export (no cryogen filled). Available by sea freight, truck, FCL / LCL container. Shipping marks: upright, fragile, pressure vessel warning. Packing list, certificates and operation manual delivered together.
